Experience Level: Expert
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build one high-converting landing page for a self-storage business based in Hull, UK.
This page will be used primarily for Google Ads traffic and must guide users toward Premium Indoor Self Storage as the default, higher-quality option.
This is an execution project, not a design experiment.
Project Goal (important)
The purpose of this page is to convert paid search traffic into Premium Indoor Storage enquiries by pre-selling the indoor option before users click “Instant Quote”.
The page should feel calm, clear, trustworthy, and premium — not salesy.
Technical Requirements (non-negotiable)
• WordPress website
• Custom HTML/CSS only
• ❌ No Elementor
• ❌ No page builders
• ❌ No parent theme edits
• CSS added via child theme or page-level styles only
• Lightweight, fast-loading code
• Mobile-first and fully responsive
• UK English spelling and tone
Page Structure (high level)
You will be building one landing page with the following flow:
Hero section
– Clear headline focused on Premium Indoor Self Storage (Hull city centre)
– Supporting sub-text
– One primary CTA only
Why Indoor Storage
– Clean, secure, weather-protected
– Easy access
– Suitable for longer stays
Who it’s for
– Moving house
– Renovations
– Business storage
– Students / city-centre living
Trust & reassurance
– Reviews / trust indicators
– Local Hull business positioning
– Wheelchair accessible facility
– Price Match Promise (light touch)
CTA repeated
– CTA must deep-link to the Premium Indoor booking page, not the general booking hub
Secondary option (low emphasis)
– Small text link near the bottom for drive-up container storage
Exact copy is not required — structure, layout, and build quality are the priority.
CTA Rules
• One main CTA throughout the page
• CTA wording will be provided
• CTA must link directly to the Premium Indoor Storage booking group
• Do not route users to a generic booking hub

• Match the existing site’s branding and tone
• Clean, calm, premium, uncluttered
• No gimmicks, heavy animations, or stock-heavy layouts
• Focus on clarity, trust, and ease
