WordPress Job Board Flow Updates + WooCommerce Packages

I need a WordPress developer to make a few targeted updates to an existing job board site (managed via WordPress admin + Plesk). The goal is to simplify key user flows for employers and applicants and tighten the application/shortlist experience. A website flow document will be shared once the project is awarded.

Tasks
Configure WooCommerce checkout for two employer job-post packages only
Update job posting so successful payment automatically publishes (no manual admin approval step)
Adjust applicant onboarding so resume upload is required before applying
Ensure no applicant payments/packages are required for uploading a resume (instant access)
Restrict applying to a single method (resume-based apply only)
Simplify employer candidate view to two actions/buttons around candidate document viewing (pre/post shortlist)

Notes
Site is already live/installed; this is an MVP flow cleanup.
You’ll work directly in WordPress (and may need limited server access via Plesk if required).
