My WordPress site needs to respond immediately, with the homepage loading as fast as possible. Over a 27 business day period, I want to improve performance across the entire stack, from server level handling to frontend delivery, eliminating delays wherever they appear. Expected outcomes: • A layered caching strategy implemented and tuned for stability. This should include client side caching, full page caching, and database level optimization through object caching. The objective is to reduce repeated queries and serve content from memory or static storage whenever feasible. You may decide on the appropriate tools such as Redis, Varnish, or another reliable caching solution, provided compatibility with the existing theme and plugins is maintained. • Static assets and images distributed through a CDN. I already have a Cloudflare account, so the setup should utilize its global edge network and media delivery capabilities. If you recommend a different provider, please justify it with clear performance advantages, otherwise Cloudflare should remain the default. • Tangible speed improvements on the homepage. Core Web Vitals should reflect better performance, with metrics like Largest Contentful Paint and First Input Delay reaching green thresholds on both mobile and desktop testing. • Final technical documentation for handover. At the end of the project, I will need a concise reference explaining the caching configuration, CDN implementation, and any routine steps required to maintain performance over time.
