WordPress - Google PageSpeed Optimization (90+ Mobile & Desktop)

Hi there,
We are looking for an experienced WordPress speed optimization expert to optimize our website "Home" page and achieve a genuine, stable and sustainable Google PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on both Mobile and Desktop.

Website Details:
* WordPress website built with Elementor
* Heavy plugin usage
* Large amount of custom code, scripts, and Elementor customizations
* Live website with existing functionality already in place

Requirements:
* Optimize homepage speed and Core Web Vitals
* Achieve and maintain 90+ Google PageSpeed Insights score on Mobile and Desktop
* Scores must be real and sustainable, not temporary performance spikes, cache-only tricks, test manipulations, or short-term optimizations that drop after cache expiry, updates, or server restarts

Critical Requirement:
The existing website must remain 100% unchanged.

The optimization must NOT:
* Break or modify any layout, design, structure, or functionality
* Affect Elementor sections/widgets
* Cause plugin conflicts
* Remove, hide, or alter any existing element
* Affect forms, Nav menus, popups, scripts, tracking codes, animations, integrations, or custom code

**Not even a single existing element, feature, functionality, structure, or design component should be changed, removed, or broken.**
