Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I am seeking an experienced and knowledgable WordPress developer who is experienced in working with the Genesis Framework to undertake remedial work to a website build. The primary issues are around poorly written, overly complicated CSS code with some functionality issues around the build.
The website is 95% complete however, we need someone to work through a list of highlighted UI issues identified by our team to ensure that it works well. The issues are listed in GIT, so you must be experienced in working with GIT.
Approximately 50 issues have been identified, with example issues to be resolved including:
• Carousel of team members shows images at the wrong size on mobile devices.
• Post filter built in jQuery is not working correctly.
• SCSS file is one large file, not split into manageable partials per section/ page.
Our chosen developer will be given access to the project Git repositories, and will be able to work on the site locally and then update our staging website for review. We'll provide feedback and further instructions promptly, if they're required.
We are seeking a developer who is responsive, experienced and will work with us to ensure all issues are resolved. This is a white label project and the chosen developer will not be able to use this project as part of a portfolio to promote their work.
