WordPress Form Fix – Forminator + CRM API Integration

I already have a multi-step form built in Forminator.
It just needs to be finished, cleaned up, and fixed — NOT rebuilt.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Fix and restructure the existing Forminator multi-step form

Make the form submit clean with no errors

Connect the form to my CRM using a REST API (POST lead)

Add the Central Dispatch API placeholder function (no pricing logic yet)

Keep Google Maps Autocomplete as-is (it's already installed)

Make sure redirect works after submission
