WordPress - fix few issues (read description)

Hi, We need professional who can fix a few issues on the website www.marty.education

1) Translation - we need to implement translation and synchronized it with ALL other pages (we are using WPML plugin)
2) Install Crypto payment plugin (that will work in 100%)
3) change the icon from hamburger to flag (section for language translation)
4) section 'lessons' change table text from 'your lesson' to ' book a lesson'
