Wordpress Expert for Website required!

Hi,

I have downloaded the following theme:

However, I don't know what to do next.
- How will I get this theme on the web?
- Where can I see the CMS and admin area?
- How can I use the wordpress theme simply and easily?
- How can I transfer this theme to a proper domain, e.g XYZ.com


I need someone to answer these questions for me, by simply doing it for me. Please respond, if you are an expert.
