WordPress + Elementor Expert Needed for Website Optimization,

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress + Elementor developer to help complete and optimize a local service website.
Most sections are already built in Elementor and HTML — the goal is to finalize structure, fix performance issues, and prepare it for long-term SEO growth.
Key Tasks:
Rebuild and standardize Header & Footer site-wide
Restyle Blog section for uniform image sizes, metadata, and mobile layout
Ensure global consistency in buttons, fonts, colors, and spacing
Apply lazy loading, image compression, and fix layout shift (CLS) issues
Review server configuration (Cloudways or similar) for caching, SSL, and backups
Verify Rank Math Pro schema, sitemap, and redirect settings
After Hiring:
Work inside a staging version first — no live edits until approved
Provide weekly progress updates (brief report or screenshots)
Deliver before/after PageSpeed results and confirm improvements
Transfer all access and files after completion
