Wordpress developer to update website

Hi,

I have an existing wordpress.org website (based on a Kreisi theme from themeforest). I have been let down by my usual developer, so need someone to work on the below quickly. The job will be to:

- Update the header and footer (currently white with border, but need to be made dark blue and full width)
- Reverse all text/links/lines in the footer/header to white.
- Update the background
- Update the homepage slider to become one static image instead (I will need to be able to change this static image via wordpress in the future).
- the work will need to be done on a test page initially, then go live once approved.
- the code to be clean
- obviously the updated layout must be compatible with the few plugins I have running.

If all goes well, I have other clients I can have you work on as and when they need updates to their sites.

Please could you bid first, based on your best guess from the above. Then I would be happy to show the shortlisted 1 or 2 bidders the actual site to double check your pricing.

I will supply a psd of the new layout/design.
