WordPress Developer Needed for Site Fixes

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-driven WordPress developer to help tidy up my site (clairefreshney.com), fix template errors, update CTAs, resolve PHP warnings, and create a new service page using an existing layout as the base. Most tasks are small/medium updates, but accuracy and speed are essential.

What You’ll Work On:

Adding custom links to header CTA buttons.

Updating footer CTAs (copy, graphics, links) and removing styling glitches.

Fixing PHP warnings on specific service pages.

Updating menu labels, dropdowns, and linked graphics.

Updating slugs/URLs and ensuring pages remain functional after updates.

Setting up a new service page using an existing page template.

Updating the blog sidebar content + CTA panels.

Hiding specific footer pages.

Updating contact forms (VideoAsk + a mysterious contact form with unclear label).

Ensuring subscriber forms connect correctly to the right email platform.

Fixing template errors on portfolio category pages.

Making sidebar custom per-page where required.

Required Experience:

Strong WordPress + PHP experience (template editing)

Comfortable with custom themes (not just drag-and-drop builders)

Ability to read/debug template files (e.g., foreach warnings)

Experience handling forms: Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms (not sure which one is used, you’ll need to check)

Ability to replicate an existing template to create a new page

Good communication and ability to work through a checklist of tasks

Nice to Have:

Understanding of UX structure + clean UI spacing

Knowledge of SEO-friendly URL updates / redirects
