Hi,
I'm looking for a WordPress Developer for on-going website development, customisation, design and SEO work. My website is: https://www.influwurk.com which is an online platform that connects Influencers with Brands.
We are a new startup so our budgets are tight so I'm looking for a freelancer ONLY and not a web design company/agency. I do need a freelancer that can commit to working 15 hours per month for £200. Payment and contract will be through PPH ONLY so that we are both protected, so please factor any charges into this as I won't pay externally.
Work I'd like completed on an on-going basis includes:
- website fixes and customisation
- UI design work
- website maintenance (checking speed and hosting once we have increased users)
- installing and configuring new plugins
- making the website SEO friendly using plugins
I'm looking for an experienced WordPress Developer but someone that's also fairly proficient with SEO work too. Work will be tracked on Google Sheets and I'm flexible with days worked. Fully remote based so I'm open to an International Developer but communication will be key for a longer term business relationship.
I'm looking to hire immediately so will close this project once I've found a great Developer :)

Hi Rahul,
I'm interested in your job but, once fees are taken out of the equation, that's barely hitting minimum wage. You state that you'd like an experienced WordPress developer, preferably with SEO experience too, but unfortunately, this doesn't reflect in your listed budget.
Is your budget flexible at all, or is this fixed? If your budget is set, is the number of hours of support and maintenance flexible? Do you think you'll need a total of 15 hours per month? For example, if I can do all of the work you need in 5 hours at £40/hr, that's still £200/month...
