WordPress Developer Needed

I'm looking for a WordPress developer to work with me on several projects. The final candidate must have good PHP, JavaScript and HTML/CSS skills. They must have built their own WordPress plugins and be a problem solver. Good communication is a must and therefore and successful candidate must have English as a first or second language. I'm not looking for somebody who only knows how to implement themes, I'm looking for somebody who knows how to write good, testable PHP code and is more than comfortable hooking into core WP functions.
