We require an experienced WordPress developer to create a professional, bilingual website for BELORIN, a property and land development business operating in Montenegro.

The website is a straightforward corporate information website, not an estate agency portal or e-commerce platform.

**Requirements:**
- Six pages: Home, Land, Bespoke Villas, Redevelopment, About and Contact.
- English and Montenegrin languages, with language switching.
- Clean, modern, image-led design following our existing brand guidelines.
- Fully responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Built on our existing IONOS WordPress hosting.
- Enquiry form with spam protection.
- Basic SEO, Google Search Console, security, backups and privacy/cookie provisions.
- Easy content editing and no unnecessary paid subscriptions.
- Suitable structure for adding property/project pages in future.

We will provide the brand guide, logos, English content and initial Montenegrin translations.

The developer should source suitable licensed imagery genuinely representing the Bay of Kotor, Tivat, Luštica and surrounding coastal areas. Image sources and locations must be identified for approval.

We welcome the use of established WordPress themes, templates and AI-assisted development tools. Bespoke coding is not required.

    Hi Mark,

    A few questions before confirming the final scope:

    1. Is the existing IONOS WordPress installation already set up, or should migration, installation or cleanup be included?

    2. Do you have a preferred multilingual plugin, or would you like us to recommend a low-cost option?

    3. For future property and project pages, would you prefer a reusable project template that you can add to yourself without developer assistance?

    4. Do you already have a cookie/privacy policy and consent requirements in place, or should we include the setup of a suitable cookie-consent solution?

    5. For the coastal imagery, are you comfortable with licensed stock photography, provided each image’s source and location are documented and approved before use?
