Project Title
WordPress Website & Custom Interactive Community Escalation Map with Microsoft 365 Integration (London Scope)
1. Overview & Purpose
We are a volunteer-led Residents Panel representing four Lower Layer Super Output Areas (LSOAs) in London. We are seeking a developer to build a mobile-friendly website that acts as a community hub for local regeneration news, resident concerns, community feedback and an interactive Escalation & Regeneration Feedback Map.
The purpose is to give residents a clear view of local issues, regeneration developments, the Panel's priorities and the progress being made in raising and addressing community concerns.
Important context: This is not an official reporting service or a complex ticket-management application. Residents should report issues to the local council through the appropriate official channels first.
The map will provide a public platform to highlight unresolved issues, demonstrate the level of shared community concern through registered upvoting, and enable residents to view and contribute feedback on local regeneration plans and developments.
Its purpose is to bring greater visibility to persistent neighbourhood issues, support collective community advocacy and show what action is being taken. The Panel will use the map to track concerns, record feedback from meetings and discussions, monitor responses and progress, and communicate updates and outcomes to residents.
The system must be straightforward for volunteers to manage, allowing them to maintain records, update priorities and publish approved information without requiring technical expertise or ongoing developer involvement.
Please note you will be working with non IT literate people and therefore should have a certain level of patience and ability to explain - visuals / flow charts help explain.

Hi Shi,
Would you prefer the map and feedback records to be managed directly within WordPress so volunteers can update issues, priorities and progress without technical assistance? This will help me assess the full scope and provide a realistic fixed-price quote with milestones and a simple visual workflow for your team.
Thanks
Naresh -

Will the map markers and regeneration updates be entered manually by the Panel volunteers, or will the system need to pull in any live data from external sources?
-

efore finalising that figure, could you confirm which Microsoft 365 licences the Panel already holds?
