Wordpress and site speed expert needed

Hi, I have ongoing jobs for someone who has:

>> Need divi theme experience
>> html/css/php experience
>> Experienced in troubleshooting website problems
>> Skilled in site speed optimisation
>> Available to work for several hours a week - we do not know when jobs come in but they are usually urgent.

First job: We have a Divi site with a CSS overlay, and cannot find the CSS (not in the usual places) need that sourced.

How work is paid: Freelancer will need to keep a timesheet of jobs and time taken to complete them. Then to be paid hourly for time. If a job has a budget instead of a time allowance, I will let you know.
