Wordpress, 2.0, widget ready, 2/3 column, List builder blog theme Required.

I am looking for someone with good skills into blog theme designer.

I have come across many themes on the net and they are cheap too. but for some reason im looking for something very special for my blog theme.

I have few ideas of what I wish to have...

1) www.gathersuccesss.com
2) www.blogtothebank.com

Need a blog theme that can be easily maintaned by me as I don't have much of development exp. Need to sell few product on the blog. SO it should be as good as www.gathersuccess.com.

I already have hosting account which which is with hostgator. I need someone to upload wordpress to my hosting account too so I can access it easily. I must be able to update my content of my blog and collect traffic emails easily.
