Woocommerce pricing matrix required

We need a pricing matrix developing for a client.

- system - wordpress and woocommerce, elementor

- Need - sizes, paper type, colors, and then the matrix to display as it does there (or similarly) with the quantity starting from 250 and going up in different predefined quantities. We cannot allow the customer to select (for eg) 267. They can only select the quantities we provide. We also need to display the main price and the price per unit. Also need the ability to upload a logo (but this will be set as desirable so the client can skip this step if needed)
- underneath we want a link saying "cant find the size or quantity you are looking for? Click here"


Also required:

Order confirmations:
• It would be easier if we could have a summary of the spec the client has ordered at the top, delivery address under that and billing address at the bottom
• Order confirmations must have previous invoice numbers if they are reprints so that we can locate the approved artwork
• the ability to export orders as a CSV each day.
• Shipping needs to be US ONLY for now.

The person we go with has to be 100% confident they can achieve this. I need it building by 12pm UK time Tuesday 27th LATEST (ideally by COB Friday). If you cannot achieve this do not apply.
