Woocommerce issue

Im having an issue. When people place an order on website in the dashboard in the orser I used fo get updates on payment etc I was also able to put notes for just admin or send to customer. However these are currently not showing any more in the order. I need someone to to try and get it back so we can see and add notes. When we add them to send to customer the customer gets the email and can see them but they then disappear on the orser when refreshed. When we leave notes for admin only to see when we refresh they are gone. I really need to see these updates so need the function back.
