I am looking for an experienced WordPress WooCommerce developer to help improve and extend an existing e-commerce platform.

The store is already running, but we need a developer who can help us improve the overall functionality, customer experience, and technical performance of the website.

This project requires someone who understands WooCommerce beyond standard setup and plugin installation. We need a developer who can work with custom functionality, PHP development, integrations, and existing website architecture.

The main areas we need support with include:

Reviewing the current WooCommerce setup and identifying technical improvements
Improving product catalogue structure and management
Optimizing product variations, attributes, categories, and filters
Improving customer account functionality
Enhancing cart and checkout workflows
Customizing WooCommerce templates and functionality
Developing custom WordPress features when required
Extending existing plugins using hooks and filters
Fixing plugin conflicts and technical issues
Improving website speed and database performance
Integrating third-party services, APIs, payment providers, and shipping solutions

    Also, is there currently a staging environment where checkout, plugin, API and database changes can be tested safely before being pushed to the live store?
