WIX Website development inc SEO optimisation and imp site speed

I am looking for about 3+ hours work initially, and if happy will likely commission more on an ongoing basis.

achieve the following:

- optimise it for SEO (I've done all I can do)
- increase the speed of the site, it seems a little slow via SEO checkers, and they talk about java, but I'm no expert
- ensure that it is set up with a smart record - I have no idea how to do this
- explore ways in which we can better integrate our online learning platform
- make it look even more professional - although, I am happy with its feel and functionality - so this is low priority

I am very happy with running the site through WIX and am not looking to move it to Wordpress, I like the platform and am able to manage day to day changes myself.
