Wix Private App

I need a simple WIX plugin that has a single config variable (name of a file) and then it creates a page layout/template that will include "just" the default "header" file and an iFrame.

The page contains an iframe which is 100% width and includes the following ONLY:

**iframe id="MAembed" width="100%" allow="clipboard-read; clipboard-write">
**script type="text/javascript" src=''https://cdn.*********.org/embed-scripts/filename-here-from-config.js''>

There is no need to include the footer. The App can be distributed as a Private App, but please also include in your estimate the cost to make this a public App.
