Description
We use WIX, and there are some decent tools for triggers and automation of emails to create a sales flow, which we know how to do, but we require someone to help with strategy and optimization.

Thank you for the detail you've shared with me Ken. It's really impressive that you were able to provide that depth of insight so quickly and so thoroughly. That's really encouraging for me. However I'm worried about 3 different elements in your process. The first is that your best client and your value proposition seem a bit weak. This could mean that you're working hard to get people into your funnel and then they don't find what they expect, don't fully see your value or just discover they're in the wrong place. Second, I think your lead generation may be too "easy". Swipe up and you're in is great if you know that you have something to sell to the lead immediately so you get an ROI on your promotional cost/effort. I'm assuming you're paying Insta for leads? Third, your email sequence is very YOU orientated and would definitely benefit from being more THEY (your best client) orientated. They only care about themselves at the start. I could definitely tweak your email sequence for you to make it more resilient BUT, I worry that by doing that in isolation, you wouldn't be building a sustainable sales process as there would still potentially be too many of the wrong people coming in at the top end of the funnel. Does that seem reasonable to you? I can work with you on all of these points, but of course it's not a quick fix. Let me know if this is something you'd like me to explain further.

Please kindly see below as requested:
Client profile: GENDER - Male (85%) Female (15%), LOCATION - UK (55%), U.S (35%), South Africa (10%), Nigeria (5%). AGE - 18-25 (45% and 25-34 (55%) 35-44 (5%).
Why the clients come to us: Long-serving experience within our market over 10 years, trustworthy given the consistent free value we put out everyday. Not offering a get rich quick scheme, which is polluted across the market. Client also enjoy the way in which we provide them the knowledge and information, all has much personality and is fun for the everyday person.
Value proposition: We make all the institutional information fun and easy to trade
Reach out strategy: We are very active via social media (Instagram particularly), this is where many of our leads are generated. To be honest, I do not have solid stats to provide, I can just tell you what we have done and has worked in the past:
Creating some urgency: Offering just X amount of spaces to our course X or limited time offer. Typically done via Instagram story posting or email. (This has tended to have quick results)
Showing client feedback: This is done via Instagram with a CTA (swipe up to sign up).
Collecting data: We are strong at collecting leads, by enticing people to sign up to our free blog notifications and emails.
Emails: We send out daily emails with value add updates about markets with a CTA to sign up to our service or purchase our course to understand more.
Once lead comes in: We presently have a small automated trigger email chain via WIX, which has not had much success; 1. Welcome. 2. Who is Freak Network? 3. What we do. 4. Examples of service. 5. Client feedback.
I think our email sales flow is very weak and an area I feel we are lacking for conversations. Our design etc is all wonderful, but just lack of spark and system in place to convert.

Hi Ken and thank you for asking me to pitch for your job. Can I just clarify something? Is it your sales process that you want me to work on? ie. all the steps you have in place from getting a potential client to noticing you through to becoming interested in what you have to sell?

Yes that is correct, we are very good at collecting leads and have great marketing contents etc, its just then a lack of flow to convert purchasing.
