Website with music downloads & Social Networking Interface

I am an unknown musician. I would like for someone to design and programme a website where people can preview my music for free, and where they can download my music for a fee (e.g. 99c). I would like to use the website to market my music. The website should allow people to use Paypal to pay, and it should deposit the cash into my Paypal account. The website will need to handle my CD which has about 10 songs. I will also want to add my 3 old CDs which have about 13 songs each. I will also want to imbed videos on the website. The site will have song lyrics (for the 4 CDs), and an inspirational quotes section. The site needs to interface with Facebook and Twitter so that any updates I make on Facebook can be shown on the site\'s blog section or whatever you recommend. (if its too complex to do both Facebook and Twitter at once, we can start off with just Facebook). I will want to be able to allow other people to also put their CDs on my website so they can also sell their tracks to the people who visit my website. To keep things simple, their tracks sold can initially deposit cash into my Paypal account with a manual transfer to their Paypal accounts. Or, if its simple enough, if someone buys one of their tracks, the cash can go directly to their PayPal accounts (minus a % fee which comes to me for usage of the site). For those other people, it needs to be able to interface with their Facebook account(s). The site MUST be SEO friendly. It should include an articles section which is geared at value for the reader and SEO-friendliness. It should be easy for me (and other people) to upload content and upload Music tracks for free samples and for paid downloads. The site should be relevant and competitive with a great look, layout, and feel. Please don\'t just provide a stock standard Joomla site which looks, smells, and feels like a plain vanilla Joomla site. I am looking for something with a wow factor. I am looking for responses from someone who REALLY knows how to do this as demonstrated by your comprehensive bid response which includes thoughts on additional things you can do for SEO value (e.g. Stumble Upon, etc.).
