Website with interactive images and audio

Hi all,

I am looking for a web developer who can create me a website using Wordpress where the images can play audio upon clicking it. Multiple images needs to share the same functionality.

Only 1 page is required for this project however functionality for image upload and audio needs to be done through Wordpress either plugin or custom theme and needs to managed as well.

Design can be simple using standard Wordpress theme
