Website with business listing and with database of clients

So after yet another developer bailed on the project (after wasting my time for four months he abandoned the website half way).

Please note that some parts have been developed but not transferred to my hosting and therefore will need to be re-done.

The requirement

1 - Admin panel

Here I can edit the site content and also manage the salon owners accounts and edit the website content, predominantly the filters on the main page, change payment plans, view expiring memberships
- Ability to rank salons, according to reviews, how long have they been listed and those who purchased 'promotion' (admin has to be able to shuffle around the order of the listing, hide a listing, amend the listing. the admin panel also needs to be user friendly to make any amendments to the website)
- ability to place affiliation links to my page 'store'

2 - Website:

The landing website with a form for business sign up has been developed
(answers to the questionnaire will create the basis for filtering out businesses) - I need an admin panel for this as the previous developer did not deliver, linked to a user friendly database
- Pages : Home page (client landing page with registration), about& contact, and affiliate page (‘store’) and the landing page (named 'get noticed in Malta')

- the home page is a business search with map and listings (this listing will be the main page of the website, will include a zoomable map with pins to listed businesses(think airbnb) and it will include clever filters for easy navigation.

Question: What CRM and mailing system will you be able to implement?



3 - Business Owners Account:

Business owners can login and edit the profile of their salon and to add team members and to set availability.
Salon owners can purchase a promotion to appear more highlighted on your site and map.


4 - Profile for clients to keep information about their visits, and to create reviews

General requirement
- User friendly admin panel
- Mobile responsive
- Website satisfying Google as well as W3C standards.
- Good loading speed.
- Good Communication.
- Bug-free complete website.

Please note that the database for the landing page is urgent and will need to be delivered within a few weeks.
