General information for the website: Website, to receive quote requests and re-distribute to service providers
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: We wish to set up a website. it will be simple in nature. a first page for the user to select the type of product they wish to get a quote for. After that they will be redirected to a page where they put down details of the service they are looking for. once submitted this request will go into a database and an email will be sent to all the service providers that are registered with us.

The service providers will then be able to view the lead and if interested send their price for the job. If they do decide to send the quote, they will be billed a nominal charge which will be deducted from their account - the service providers will have to have a a positive balance in their account and the nominal charge will be deducted as soon as they send the quote.
The billing must all be automatic.
Description of requirements/features: the above description explains what we need. we will also require a striking simple design to make the website look modern and inviting. Please do not quote unless you are sure of being able to implements the features explained.
