Website text changes + advice

Firstly I need some advice in what to do with my website. Tired of being ripped off by current company! The current contract is coming to an end so it needs to move to a new host.

Secondly, once it has been transferred to a new host (urgently) I would like text and some photo changes. The text changes will be supplied in a word document with the changed text highlighted in red.

I think it should take a couple of hours?

I need an rather urgent job so that I can sell the new stock from the website from 12th March.
