Website shop payment process improvement through word press

I need three things from this project:

1) I need to improve the process of payment on the website shop, currently everything is very clunky with an order form, everything goes through stripe and takes 6 days to receive payment before we can distribute goods. It is a functional shop but not where I want it to be, therefore improvement of the plugins and woocommerce process is what I need to be more streamlined and hopefully payment can be sent directly to the business bank account rather than the delay through stripe.
2) Improvement and explanation of the postage process. a number of the goods we sell through the shop are heavy and expensive to ship, therefore, this process needs to be accurate and automatic.
3) we are getting a number of bots sign up to the free newsletter and we can't seem to understand where they are coming from, therefore we need to understand if the correct securities are in place.
