Website redesign

Website redesign for simple small business. Existing website (16-20 pages) needs to have HTML code cleaned up after multiple nonprofessional edits and needs all pages to use CSS instead of on page font formatting. Most of the work involves programming on the homepage, to turn a graphics based page into a page that uses header tags and CSS. It was easier to make stylish fonts on a picture than to use css, but it has ruined our search engine optimization. The majority of the job is to turn this picture into smaller pics with CSS governed fonts to achieve same effect. The rest of the job is cleaning up the remaining pages HTML coding to comply with new web/coding standards and to prepare for Search engine optimization.
