Website Re-design

I would like to have our website re-designed to make it look more sexy. The logo concept must remain in the same colours and design but can be re-drawn to fit with the new site as long as the concept is the same - the M inside thought box. I would consider another logo based around the same idea - but would want to see examples.

The current colour scheme is green,beige,black,blue - the redesign should use these colours.

The site should have the same pages as the current site at www.masterthought.net but in addition should fit in space for a twitter feed, facebook feed and linked in.

I would like a nice clean look - web 2.0 kind of look - clean like bootstrap and with a responsive design so will adapt to tablet and mobile devices.

I will only consider people who can show me a portfolio that has web work similar to what I'm looking for.

I want nice fonts, high quality look and feel, good layout, polished look with a nice background that flows through textures and colours to give a professional modern look.

Please note - I am looking for web design - not development or programming. I do not want to use WordPress or PHP or any other programming language or hosting platform or technology. I only require html/css/js web design.

I am myself a web developer but do not have the time to re-design the look and feel myself at the moment and I want some fresh eyes to assist me.

Please do not suggest WordPress, PHP or any other platform.

Also the budget is flexible - If you provide a rough concept image of what the re-design might look like - and I like it then the budget is negotiable.
