Website Performance - Wordpress

Hi,

I am looking for a developer to increase speed and performance of my website (especially the mobile site), I have attached a google site test report below, as you can see it highlights points for improvement. I built the site myself but not 100% sure about the work required to increase speed and performance.

Also some other areas needing looked at, I use the plugin Contact Form 7, I have this set up correctly I believe but I don't seem to receive any emails when the contact us form is filled out.
