Website performance

We have some performance issues on our Wordpress website. Some example pages below. They seem to pause for 2/3 seconds and then load quickly. We are looking for proposal on how to speed this up.

Built on WordPress, Divi Theme, HubSpot embedded forms

Hosted on a site called WP Engine, and we use a staging site to edit (not editing on live site) then copy over all the changes once or twice a week.

We have a lot of freestanding landing pages that are mainly made up of text and maybe 1-3 images. These are the main slow pages

Have tracking codes on the site for Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot

What we’ve done to make pages run faster:
• Embedded videos on landing pages are being changed to images with lightbox pop outs
• Limited all embedded content from third parties e.g. no Google maps, YouTube videos etc
• Icons that were images been replaced as text icons instead
• Plugins that are not necessary to everyday running disabled and only enabled when needed
• All images max size 1200px, usually 600px-800px
• All image compression settings on theme turned on
• Top fold content loads first
• Plugins that seem to slow down site but are necessary e.g. MegaMenu, we are looking for alternatives
