Website optimisation, SEO, ad words & analytics improver for fitness website

Hi

I want my website to come higher on google. Either organically or via adwords or google places or by writing better content.

This is a small ongoing project for a freelance personal trainer in central London. I have the basics set up ie a google adwords/places/analytics account but need someone to increase traffic to my website and ultimately get me higher up the google rankings for a very specific term. I am happy for the winner to gain access to my google account to improve my rankings so an element of trust is essential.

I would like someone to work on this for 4 hours a month initially with a view to doing more if the winning person creates business.
