I have an idea for a website that I would like to create. I read a lot online about WordPress and decided to create the site on WP but now I am not certain about WP. I am not completely opposed to WP but I am open to other platforms.
I received four quotes between three thousand and six thousand U.S dollars from Cert 5 and Top Cert firms and individuals to create PAGE that I was told would take hundreds of hours that I went on to create myself in 10 minutes with no WP experience (check attachment) for free so I am open to bids from ALL providers. I do not care about Cert what is important to me as a buyer is someone that can complete this project successfully who is honest in their dealings.
Attached are the requirements of my site. Read requirements carefully ensure that you can complete this project before bidding and funds will only be sent after successful completion of the project.

Hey Kibria,
building a page with Wordpress is simple, but some of the other functionalities mentioned in your document are much more complex. I'm thinking notably about getting all the data and managing them on the website.
I checked out https://www.schoolguide.co.uk and it seems to me that the best way to get statistics is to use their own API https://www.schoolguide.co.uk/schools-data-api-plugin .
I would also like to see what you created so far directly on the interface in order to have a better overall vision.
