Project Overview
We are migrating a luxury automotive website (www.sparklyzetta.com) from Sintra AI to 10Web (WordPress). This project covers Phase 1 only: Site Structure and Content Inventory.
This is an execution-only role. The migration steps are already defined, approved, and final. You must follow them exactly as specified below. No planning, discovery, or reinterpretation is required.
Migration Steps to Be Implemented (Must Follow Exactly)
Site Structure and Content Inventory:
Perform complete site crawl using Screaming Frog (free version covers 500 URLs)
Document page hierarchy: Homepage → Services → About → Contact → Portfolio/Gallery
Create master spreadsheet with columns: Old URL, Page Title, Traffic Priority, Meta Title, Meta Description
Screenshot every page (desktop 1920x1080 and mobile 375x812 views)
Export all text content to Word Document with formatting preservation notes
Download all media assets using browser Developer Tools or "Save Page As Complete"
Organize downloads by page/section for systematic import later
Deliverables
Complete Screaming Frog site crawl export
Documented page hierarchy (visual or structured format)
Master spreadsheet with all required columns populated
Full screenshot set (desktop and mobile for every page)
Word Document containing all text content with formatting notes
Organized folder of all downloaded media assets
Final handover package organized by page/section
Communication Expectations
Responsive communication within 12 hours

1. Can you confirm the site has ≤500 URLs, since Screaming Frog (free) caps at 500 for a “complete” crawl?
2. Are there any login-gated / blocked pages or assets, and do I have permission to download everything needed for the media folder?
3. For the desktop (1920×1080) + mobile (375×812) screenshots, is an automated capture approach acceptable as long as the resolutions match?
4. Are you open to this being delivered as a fixed Phase 1 scope (all listed deliverables), or do you prefer hourly with a cap (please confirm the cap)?
