Website migration leading to redesign

I own a pub and currently have a Wix website which I have inherited from the last business owner. The original website was Moonfruit which was then migrated to Yell as the host and site owner. The site gives some information on the business but is very passive with no calls to action.
I have been able to edit the site to suit some requirements to date, however I wish to add Table Reservations to allow online bookings but as the site is owned by Yell and I am a collaborator, it doesn't allow me to upgrade to the plan required to add such functionality.
I have created the pages and the back office support is ready, however I can't launch it.
I have spoken with Yell, but they insist as hosts that they have to be the site owner and I don't seem to be able to explain effectively what I need them to do, so I am looking for someone who can deliver the following:
* Migrate my existing site away from Yell, ensuring the new hosts are easy to work with for someone with limited web development experience
* Upgrade my plan to allow Table Reservation functionality
* If I am happy with this work, I would like to the redesign the website to be more aesthetically contemporary and improve the cx
