Website migration

I require assistance migrating an existing WordPress website from one hosting platform to a new hosting account. Its a simple blogging site, I also want to set all Categories to be the same blog layout because I've used experimental layouts previously. I just want to make all the blog layout categories uniform to the now preferred choice. I think it can be done in the cpanel but I've lost my technical skills. I built the blog with a free theme.

The current site was built using WordPress and is fully functional but needs to be relocated to a different hosting provider for business requirements.
