Website management

I need someone to management the website on a monthly basis. The website for www.KingCityAdvisors.com is in need of a professional to make minor adjustments to the website from time to time to include adding additional tabs, adjusting content on the website, setting up the email for the website through godaddy.com, and etc. The deal should be structured as a flat fee per month for services. I'd imagine that adjustments to the website might be 2-3 hours per month maximum. After the firs month of service we can evaluate if more time or less time is needed for managing the site and make adjustments for pay accordingly.
