Website Layout Changes - Cake PHP , CSS & HTML Expert

General information for the website: We are using a solution from Agriya to operate our web solution. This is built in Cake PHP

Description of every page/module: We require an expert as this script is highly customisable we require this done within a maximum 6 - 8 hours.

We need to change part of the layout :

.We are talking mainly applying the slider and the footer and the footer will be across the whole website.We will use the footer from this page http://investorweek.co.uk/test2/

2)We need to remove the popup effect on mouseover .We also need follow and equity to be at the bottom instead of appearing in the poup.
