Website layout, branding and plugins

I am looking for somebody to set up the website which is on wordpress.org, using the theme I just bought- Soledad. To note I am using Bluehost.

I would like the website to be set up, so that it looks like the layout of Goop.com and Poosh.com and so that I can just easily add in my blog posts. I will provide the images.

I would also like a email subscription pop up (free one) and my logo added to the top of the website, as well as my brand colours installed. I would also like a number of plugins installed including one that provides a members login and one to create 'gated content'. I would also like a system where a person can sign up for membership and have their own member portal.
