Website landing page

I need an eye-catching, single page, responsive website (utilising HTML and CSS or in Wordpress).

I have a football (soccer) coaching brand, and I just need a landing page, which includes the following:

- My brand logo.
- Soccer theme / based on my brand colours
- Social media catches, which are connected to my social networking pages.
- Contact information including a contact form (completed form to be sent to me via email and the inquirer to receive an acknowledgement email).

Please note:
1. Unlimited revisions until I am happy with the final design.
2. Final design to be uploaded so the website goes live.
3. Payment only to be released once work has been completed.
