Website in HTML

I have purchased an html website template in themeforest " https://preview.themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-html5-template/full_screen_preview/4106987" which I need to style and paste all the copy and images.

The website will be in Spanish and English.

- same images will be used for both versions.
- I have a the copy in english that can be placed in the uk version.

- Implement the menu in a way that if i change it on the home page will change across each page you can use php or java script up to you.

- For the blog page i would like you to build a form where all the content from this form will be pushed and publish a new blog post each time.


-I need someone that can place all teh copy and images, style spacing and pages where its not correct.
The website will be cloned once the first version is perfect and we will replace all the copy for the spanish version.
