Website improvements

Description of requirements/features: Hi there

I am looking for a developer(s) that has ideas to improve my site in terms of speed, UX and general code cleanup.
I am interested in working with developers with strong communication skills who can clearly pitch the improvement they think they can make to my site.


Some examples of a pitch could be:

1) Tell me how you would improve the speed of HP, Our Work & Get Inspire pages .... and suggest a score your improvements will yield in google page speed tool ( https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/)

2) Look at any page on our site and suggest UX improvements

3) Look at this page ( http://www.bluetea.com.au/our-process/ ) and suggest how to make it work on mobile

4) anything else you may notice


I am after a long term relationship and am open to budget options based on the ideas pitched.
