Website Homepage Changes - Ruby in Rails / AWS

I need someone with Ruby and AWS experience to make some changes to the Getintotheatre.org website homepage. If this works out there may well be more work on the website in future.

In short the changes are moving sections around on the homepage, copy changes, adding a testimonial section, some design tweaks, adding social media links etc. All detailed in the attached document.

Ideally we would like to preview the changes before making them live.
