Website for train delays

For some time now the National Rail Enquiries website (http://nationalrail.co.uk) has been providing
a service that allows the user to monitor live train progress and hence to check for delayed trains. However, all the information provided is dynamic and in real time and hence there is no possiblity for
accessing historic data. The project will involve building a website that provides this functionality as well as automatically generated statistical information on the performance of various train operators,
various routes, etc.
