Website for my new business

I am a yoga teacher looking to start a website. wondering if I purchased this product and need assistance to add say a shop at a later date how we could go about that. Also, what is your process to setting things up? Phone interview, getting a feel for the business and getting started? Or do you prefer to have a brand kit to work with. I am in the beginning stages of this process and do not have a domain or wix website started yet.
