Website fix - Form submissions

We had a site made and hosted on EasyWp by namecheap. its was all working and so we transfered the domain to the Easywp servers. This went live but now the form submissions no longer work.

Things i know. Web developer used NinjaForms for the forms. These plugins should not be updated. The forms worked fine before the domain transfer i dont think the form itself is the issue (i could be wrong).

I need someone to fix this ASAP. I think it cant be a big problem.
