Our website is down and I'd like help bringing it back online please. I have spoken to GoDaddy and the chap who created the website and neither could help. This is what my Web chap said:
"I have had a look and I cannot see anything to do with the website that would be causing the issue, I manually disabled all themes and plugins as they are normally the cause of any issues and the site is still down.
Also, the message you get when trying to navigate to the website is not something you would see if the website was having an issue, the message looks like a hosting/server/domain issue."
We receive this wording when I put the website in:
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in www.handsonhealthsheffield.com.

Can anyone get us back online please? It's a Word Press site.
