WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT (with database of clients) and design

I am looking for a developer to create a website with the following attributes

1- landing page / sign up page with a questionnaire (answers to the questionnaire will create the basis for filtering out providers)

2 - this questionnaire to create a profile for businesses (think Yelp) with an admin panel for me to shuffle around the order of the listing, hide a listing, amend the listing. the admin panel also needs to be user friendly to make any amendments to the website.

this listing will be the main page of the website, will include a zoomable map with pins to listed businesses(think airbnb). the main page will include filters for easy navigation. I have a reference website, happy to share.


3 - main pages of the website (about 4 of them), one to accommodate affiliation links

4 - profiles for those who signed up so that they can make changes to their profiles, keep history of booking

the Website needs
- a fabulous design, preferably not from a template (no wordpress etc), bug free
- satisfying Google as well as W3C standards.
- User-friendly admin panel
- mobile responsive


please note that I had developers wasting my time before - if there is no progress according to agreed timelines, I will cancel the project and request refund.

please note that the idea behind the website is to eventually take bookings and payments on behalf of the providers and we would work towards that.
